When my tech-obsessed husband was about to turn forty, I wanted to
get a really fantastic present, so I looked at RC cars for sale. This
idea occurred to me when we were over at our friend’s house for dinner
and the men were all out back admiring a remote controlled helicopter
they had just gotten. He used it to fly around and pick up small objects
like a couple of French fries and drop them on oblivious guests. I
watched my husband playing with this helicopter and saw the total joy on

They all looked so perfect, I simply couldn’t make up my mind and decide on only one, so I went ahead and ordered a car and a remote control airplane kit to make his birthday extra special. The car I chose was one of the traxxas RC cars that I noticed on the site, and all of the reviews I read about them were really complimentary about them, so I thought I would see what all the fuss was about. I also bought a couple RC accessories, since I figured he might want to upgrade at some point, and I knew that after the millions of hours he would spend playing with it and showing it off to his buddies, he would probably find himself in need of some replacement parts. On my husband’s birthday, everything was fantastic, and when he opened his presents, his reaction was absolutely priceless, and I knew that my choice of gifts was perfect. Not only did it please the kid in him, it pleased our kids, who spent the entire day having fun with Dad!
